Yeah, but Higelac was made in the late velious/pre-luclin era. Who knows how much time left we have in Kunark. The regen is a negligible benefit and the extra AC is kinda meh compared to frontal stun immunity. I admit it's less of an issue for a pure melee but I'd still pick that over the AC bonus.

I want relaxed twinked leveling lol. But i ended up going with iksar, prolly should have went troll so i could actually wear plate but im up to 15 now.
