@Allazar: sad day when SOB merged with TOW. Neutral team had so many awesome people and soooo many fucktards. The worst was the entire "leadership" of the team basically consisted of a bunch of ex-Darkenbane from Rallos whose entire notion of raiding up until that point was dying to Elder Wurms in Skyfire. So as soon as the team transitioned from ganking people while XPing to actually needing to raid to continue being "competitive" with Ruin, Hate etc (I use the term "competitive" loosely since we all know how those competitions went), the wheels started falling off the wagon.

Totally remember you Raelon! I also remember Straega. You guys in ToW were definitely good, it was great to have some competition for the evil team. You guys were the terror of the evil team, for sure!

I remember you, Glix. You killed me a couple times. My only strategy for necros after Luclin came out was to get the hell out of the zone. I've seen a handful of Sullon Zek people. A couple you may remember are Quicktunes and Funhorroreyes.

The "30 vs 80" in crystal caverns against TDC,ToW,Darkenbane etc :P that was hilarious.

The skyshrine debacle with keke(guilds main tank) dieing inside there and newts corpse camping him for a week straight.

Getting our cleric epic 30 days into the server, that took a lot of commitment back then.

Hanging out with the goodies in everfrost/greater faydark, I wouldnt attack them.. but people like alawen would always attack me and I'd always end up owning like 6 of them at once.

The sullon zek message boards made that server even more hilarious. We had some good trolls back then!

Totally remember you Nizzarr! You guys in ruin were NUTS! I was actually unemployed at the time SZ launched, so I played EQ all day and I still couldn't keep up with you guys. I simply was unable to clock that many hours in per day. You guys leveled so fast it was crazy.

Ah, many long long nights in SSRA and VT Korensky. I totally remember you, but I didn't know you'd come from the neut team! The best part of those message boards was Gayrage and "clearly a darkenbane victory".

Everytime Gayrage's guild would get owned, we'd post multiple screenshots of corpse piles. Then he'd post on the boards his version of events and how he had won somehow even though everyone on his side was dead with 5+ corpses. He'd always say "this was clearly a Darkenbane victory". That became a meme on the server meaning any epic failure spun as a victory. Kind of like Bush and "Mission Accomplished".

Ah, so many great memories.

I'm working on leveling up a mage to raid. I love raiding, that's what EQ is all about. What guilds are you guys in?

bahaha, we barely held on, i remember the big fight in EJ for Sev, with myself Rahmza, and i think an enchanter hiding up on the cliff trying to scout and pick off people who got separated. Straega plays here as well now as a halfling rogue, Siffun.

I was in a guild of small races that had the name Frumpy in it (it's been so long since I played, I forgot)

That was a fun server. I remember leveling in the teens in East Karana with other newts....fun server.
