My fallback when I couldn't pay for EQ was either Diablo (1 and 2), Starcraft, or Lord of the Realm 2.
yes!

let me whip out my binder:

The Betrayal in Antara, very time consuming, not easy w/o a spoiler;
Urban Assault;
Fury 3(really need a joystick for these two^);

OR!!!

go to coolrom.com and d/l damn near every game for every older console system.

my favs:

breathe of fire III(SNES)
D&D warriors of the eternal sun(Sega)
Road rash II

Great game from 98, free to download at this link. One of the developers who worked on the game keeps updating it, and runs great on windows 8 and pretty sure most platforms.

Oh wow I found my old copies of Champions of Norrath for the PS2... another one of Sony's attempts to be more like Blizzard in the aftermath of 2004.

Wow Betrayal in Antara - now THAT is a throwback for me.

I remember playing that game when it came for free with some other game. From Sierra, right?

Completely forgot about that one.

Holy shit I loved one and two. Back in highschool I played through 1 and 2 with my friends mom while we smoked weed. Amazing times.
