Costs the Necro 1200 mana just to give you 1 CH. Necro will give you roughly 2, maybe 3 CH's before he/she is OOM. Or they could cast whatever dot lands and nuke. That'll kill the mob faster and you won't need as many CH's.

Depends, necros can offer the same amount of dps as a pally or sk with a spec pet and a mana efficient splurt, while feeding clerics in lich form. Don't forget the vp stick offers dps and helps necros gain life back at no mana. Plus dmf is not replacable.

Add essence emeralds to the mix and they get a mana spike on demand.

Just wait till velious if you don't believe me.

I played a Nec during Velious. There was no huge demand for necros, and really lousy guilds tried to use them as mana batteries instead of having them kill the raid boss faster.

If you splurt and twitch you're making your twitch:CH ratio even worse. Might as well just let the necro dot and nuke.

Infusion is 1000 mana on a ten minute timer. Congrats, you get 2/3 of a CH every ten minutes. Over a 20 minute fight that's a whopping 1 additional CH. Not worth it.

Twitch bad, more clerics good, nukes/dots good. Make platinum, fuck wood elves.

Why do people always make these type of posts, at the end of the day if you play something that fills needs or ala bluebie trying to corner loot market etc. At the end of the day play what you enjoy because at the end of the day this is a video game after all.

Because some people don't have a class preferential and play the game to group, so a class in demand would get groups ergo enjoying the game. A fact compounded by the low population of the server. Not sure how retarded you have to be to not understand that concept.

Pretty sure any PvP I partake in would be group PvP, as sitting alone waiting to gank people Chewie style isnt my thing.
