Don't take this the wrong way, I love me some meat. Nothing like a nice juicy steak. But...no, unfortunately meat is not the best protein source around. Plant protein doesn't synthesize nearly as well as animal protein. That's why vegan bodybuilders are all skinny and weak as shit compared to red meat gobblers.

Yes, Scooby is great, for a 60+ gay guy. But do you even know the difference between a vegan bodybuilder and a meat eating bodybuilder? Do you know how radically different a vegan bodybuilder program is compared to a meat eater one? Or are you just spewing diarrhea? Protein synthesis is pretty well understood science. Whenever you involve governmental force to coerce another group of human beings. There is some level of entitlement. Legal or otherwise.

It's unfortunate that we as a species need to play this game. I am sick of affirming that we can't empower each other to do the right things regardless.

I respect ecologists. I also think they are being used here by other powers. And they are being played upon and manipulated.

Also, there is a value to social order vs ecology. And human life vs tortoise life that is being neglected.
