Yep that's the guy with the level 60 complaining about exp probably quit 9 times already but can't let it go.

Which kinda proves my detachment over the issue, that im not in it simply because i want faster xp, just cuz it does something for me personally.

Im viewing all this from a server health, how do we make it grow so the experience is fun and keeps growing, perspective

Im viewing this as if i was back at my job at Ubisoft, and devs come to us and ask us to be brutally honest about how the game is shaping up, like they did sometimes

I thought the only thing stopping players from leveling up were the twinks that can beat an entire group by themselves at every level bracket not the exp?

Heartbrand's How To Get 300 Players To Red99 In 60 Days Plan

1) Remove Hybrid XP Penalty
2) 150% Global EXP Bonus + 150% Scaling Group XP Bonus
3) Rotating exp hot zones for differing level ranges
4) Repops stagger mobs across the entire week
5) Constant pvp events for different level brackets with unique illusion item prizes / guild v guild capped events with pve mob prizes
6) In game leaderboard
7) FV Loot Rules
8) One time no drop trade to move no drop items off a character and put on another
9) Boxing until server pop hits 250 avg
10) One month re-release of legacy items with huge press campaign

I personally would like more custom things like once a month random city wars with loot, random powerful dragon spawned in a zone such as steamfont, etc., but too much custom and people might balk. But the need for more content is pretty dire.
