Not in the last week but:

Drop transferred a fungi in north freeport, got dced for what I would guess is trying to switch chars too quick, left it on the ground an extra minute [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I've noticed if I change characters too many times without completely closing my EQ client and then reopening it I'll get DC'd. So if I'm doing a bunch of transfers I periodically completely close out completely(after like 7-8 log overs) and log again to make sure this doesn't happen when it's absolutely vital I can get back in.

Was soloing in CoM on my Shaman trying to level. Was splitting the 2 mobs at the entry and he resisted root. Ran around the corner and started casting root again to split the mobs and at the very last second root was about to land I thought, "How do I have Line of Sight right now?" Rooted myself and didnt have gate up, mobs ate me alive.

Regular deaths from autorun while windowed out. Had to run an alt from EC to OT to locate my cratered body in the scorp pit.
