Hopefully with fear kiting you'll have a rough idea how long it'll be before you need to recast fear/darkness. More int = more lifetaps too, if that situation arises.

![]() I think he means you need to have 2 more into Agi IF you are going to equip a Fungi?? Seems like you would have maybe one item with + Agi on it??

![]() Keep in mind INT is a pretty stupid stat for most classes across the board. It doesn't increase your mana regeneration, only your maximum mana pool. Useful for classes that need to swarm kite, or who are constantly spiking their mana from 100-0 and need a certain mana pool to accomplish certain tasks.
What INT does not do is help you keep up with a certain rate of killing/sustained mana expenditure, which is the important consideration for an SK. If you are blowing your entire mana bar on one fear kite, you should be leveling off something else or re-examining your tactics. Put those points in stamina, and consider possibly putting 2 points into AGI so that the -10 from fungi tunic does not drop you below 75 in the absence of other agility bonuses.

![]() Yeah I just didn't remember the exact starting stats of trolls, it's been like 3 or 4 years since I rolled mine (still my main - I take breaks often). The extra INT can get you more mana for lifetaps, but if you had that extra hp already you wouldn't need to waste mana on a very inefficient spell. Yes, learning to time your spells to ensure you get hit as little as often is important, but when you're pushing for efficency, a resist can mean you take a few hits. Extra hp also means you have a higher chance of making it to a zoneline, FDing, or just plain surviving if anything goes wrong.
