Let me go ahead and answer these questions truthfully since the devs/gms aren't being honest.

I have really stayed away from this because most logical ideas and thoughts are ignored or suppressed by others who are trolls.

I wasn't against the exp reduction. However that was when a group bonus was going to be put into place. The thought was the solo exp bonus would be changed to a group. This would encourage people to group and get to know each other and make more friends vs soloing all the time.

However the exp reduction went in WITHOUT the group bonus. That is like a doctor telling you he is replacing your hearth with an artificial one and then forgetting to put in the new one. Then hooking you up to a bunch of machines telling you oh we will fix it later.

This isn't the first time something was put in half way without thinking it through. The PNP comes to mind. The teams server announcement comes to mind as well. Each of these were GM initiated changes that cost the server 20-40% of its active population.

The combination of periods of silence, only to be punctuated with very odd staff/community interaction (Less QQ, Moar PewPew / No more criticism of staff) seem to be producing the toxicity that the staff was said to want to mitigate. I think responding to some of these questions could help ALOT in that regard.

Unfortunately what tends to happen when I or someone else make a comment like this , the staff (seemingly) doesn't read it, Colgate or somebody will have not read it but at least let one know they didn't read it (tl;dr fgt lol), and then a staff member will, for some reason, respond to some irreverent post by Chortled or Hateraid or somebody, then vanish for another week or so. I hope I'm proven wrong, and the air is cleared and some questions are answered.

I am thinking there might not be a plan that is agreed upon by the staff and they aren't even discussing it until they finish their priority which is velious.

I think the XP nerf was done because it was planned a while back with no fix in mind and only because of the community backlash have they talked about possible things that might be comming like a group exp bonus.

I think peoples minds run wild with what could be going on and I think if there was anything going on it would be all over the boards.

Its just that simple.
