Or would I get kicked if I did this on my Druid with no IP exemption just because some anti-boxing vigilante has nothing better to do than report me cause they are retarded?

If the later, that is pants-on-head levels of retarded and people need to calm the hell down and play their own game and worry less about how others are playing it especially when it's hardly impacting them. A heal or buff every 15 minutes... Lol.
While theoretically not breaking the rules, it does at least in part come down to perception. There is no tribunal here, no court system. If something suspicious looking is happening and a GM decides that it's two-boxing then the people involved are hosed. It was a few years ago but I remember a thread where something like this was brought up and people were warned (especially if they have an IP exception) that they should be extra diligent in making sure it doesn't even appear as if they're two-boxing.

Ultimately I don't think what the OP is asking is worth it. Not for cleric buffs anyways. Chloro/DS from a druid would at least make a noticeable difference on your solo-capabilities. No point in getting banned just to provide an AC buff.

Can easily spoof IPs to make it look like they're different IPs when they actually aren't.

Even still that is retarded. Ban 2 boxing fine. But I can't "look like" I'm two boxing or I get banned cause someone just wants to /petition an AFK high level druid/cleric.

Fuck, if that's the case I'm 2 boxing in EC tunnel all the time! AFKing while helping other people, friends/family or otherwise, should be encouraged (given you can't devote your full attention to it at that time), not something you have to worry about getting banned for.

You'll get petitioned if suspicious and GM's will investigate. If you aren't lying you have nothing to worry about when the GM's approach you.

He's in and out of the house and up and down from his desk all day long. The idea was he could have his cleric sitting afk nearby wherever I am and when he has time come over and refresh buffs/heal me up. Realizing that this would look very suspicious to others watching is why I came here to ask before I did it. I've decided to not even bother cause I don't want to risk it. If a GM shows up while he's AFK or stepped out I don't want to be accused of boxing and not be able to jump through hoops for the 2 box test. It's a shame that I can't do this even though it's not breaking any rules but it is what it is I guess.

I'm completely open about gaming with my wife, so sometimes folks accuse me of boxing the characters (what a laugh). Ignore such comments as the useless chaff they are.

Best advice I can give you is to stick to the rules and, within those rules, play however you want. Regardless of whatever claims other players have made, I've never had a negative run-in with the staff here. I stick to the rules pretty religiously though, to the extent that I do things I wouldn't have done on Live. For example, if she's AFK and we train stuff, I let her character die. Not very romantic, but that's the rule.

All that being said, what you propose doing in the original post sure looks shady as heck. You should fully expect some level of investigation. I wouldn't do that sort of thing myself--it just looks too bad and amounts to poking a tiger with a stick to see whether it bites. If I'm on alone, I'm solo, and don't have some semi-AFK wife buffing/healing me every ten minutes.

There my be some confusion. IP exemptions are granted so that two people may PLAY the game in the same household.
