nope, right click a plex and you can send it your claim window, i leave them there if im playing market games or so i dont fuckin do something bad accidently with them sitting in a asset window,can,ship..etc

People like Tongpow are the scum of New Eden though for sure, it's a harsh reality check but that's EVE for you. People like him exist in abundance in this game and if we didn't have them it would be a lot less of an interesting place to be. With all that said, he's still a bastard and not someone to follow in example. Do shit the legit way, go out in low sec and get your good fights without links, day trip into a wormhole and take it out into nullsec somewhere to do exploration and try to find a way home without getting killed, set up some spreadsheets and start station trading, or getting your industry started. There's so much shit you can do in this game, all of the bastard underhanded stuff included. Make the game about what you want it to be.
