I would like to hear more about Jeremy open admitting to intentionally training somebody...and the disciplinary actions that must surely come of it.

Things don't happen to Jeremy. Even after posing as Sirken and spamming "hey fucker, you're banned" to the whole server, nothing happened to him, not even a slap on the wrist.
