After discussing the thing i've actually found my self on Quiets side tho, I mean the guy was in air when the bow dropped, and he DID have the higher DKP at the time the bow dropped, so per automatic i think he should get the bow if i chooses to use his dkp for it.

I'd give it to Exed, people disbanding over pixels is toxic. Sounds like Quiet would just take the bow and go Nilly or quit anyway.

I wouldn't give it to either of them out of good measure. Have it sit for a bit.

Exed rage quits and strips his ranger at least once a week to try to sell his gear only to play again when he realizes his gear is useless and no one plays Ranger.

Quiet ragequit and word of the Norrathian winds revealed that he was apping Nihilum.

Both have pixel-lust that needs to be put in check.
