I would understand the need to sell if you weren't quitting, but if you are quitting like you say, why not just delete? or do an account lotto at the tunnel and go out with a bang? I dunno, just saying...

She gave/donated her account to Bum/Auena to do whatever they choose to with. No point making offers on the account/items any more.
