I could see reasons as to why it should be banned and as to why it's not that big of a deal. Regardless of those reasons, I still think it's lame.

I think it starts becoming an issue when people start leveling up characters solely for the intent of selling them - this basically borders on the same reasons as to why RMT was banned.

And honestly, do we really want to start inflating the endgame population? It's already bad enough as it is.

You make a valid point, but this inflation will only get worse as people will see they can make a huge profit on selling accounts, and most will continue to do so mainly because they have no fucking life. I guess mostly all mmo's have this same problem

And to respond to a point earlier, people that have plat to buy level 50 characters are already level 50, and unless they are breaking the rules and multi-boxing, they will have to log out one level 50 to log another one in. I fail to see how that adds up to a more crowded server.
