But.... Somehow despite most of your raid being alive when the zone "crashed" Gore continued to pile up bodies outside the cave? I guess Gore is so bad ass she can kill you while offline? I guess my explanation of multiple PVE and PVP AEs going off caused localized lag (similar to when you a bard kiting with a ton of mobs) to some if not all members of your 300 man raid sounds pretty retarded in comparison to your explanation of Gore offline raping you guys. I concede, you win.

are you an idiot? in what everquest world do mobs not kill you when u have LD agro? you don't understand. I know what lag is. This was not lag. I assume the zone crashed because after 20 seconds of "lag" I ran in the tunnel fd and /ex there was no pause in action, dragon stayed moving and pc's stayed moving (no warping) This was no fps lag, like u get from too much pixels. Last time im explaining it before I quote this message over and over for your dense ass.

The lag wasn't even zone wide. I was in the zone when you guys were lagging out, at the KC entrance. I experienced no lag or issues whatsoever. There is a reason that you're the only one still arguing your point from the RD side. Anyways, this has turned dumb. I am willing to roll with HBs response as the official RD response: we aren't sure what happened it was fucked up.

Dragon dropped from 100% to 65% in under 10 seconds with zero deaths and 60 players attacking her.
Gore would of died with zero deaths if the zone wouldn't of coincidently shit. 140 mass pvp in dl - 0 lag 80 in DL fighting gore for 5 seconds - crash zone tin foil plz

I dunno what did or didn't happen. Personally, I have an amazing computer with all spell effects off and never experience lag on p99 from mass spells or what not. You can spam all your clickies on me and nothing happens. During gorenaire, I immediately had my spell gems grey out and couldn't do anything, while huge hiccups occurred. Was it Nihilum? Prolly not. Who knows. I experienced no such lag with Ragefire with the same numbers though. I'll just call it "bad luck," [p.s., no such similar lag occurred with the prior weeks gorenaire], move on, and not worry 2 much about it.

That's why you had the rapture plan set up for this Gorenaire, which also didn't work because "dah" people use crimson pots. Also for the record, yes the spell effects can lag you if your pc isn't top notch, but the lag I'm speaking of is actually server-client connection lag. Lots of bandwidth used up by the negotiation of aoe stunning 30 people, as well as dragon scripts working at the same time.

So it sounds like bard AOE's is a form of server exploitation that should be looked into. It's one thing to win PVP, it's another to abuse bad server mechanics to intentionally lag an encounter out.
