I work well with lite. I think we both have grown tremendously since red dawn 1.0, understand what it takes to win, and aren't here for ego shit like "I'm the boss." I run the dkp, set raids, manage recruiting / forums, etc. If someone knows an encounter or is good at calling assists, then they do so. Lite knows quite a few encounters incredibly well. I have zero issue with people leading things they are familiar with. I am only about winning and the commitment to our vision. If someone else knows an encounter better than I do I'm not going to "force it" for my ego to call the shots.
The key to leadership is knowing how to delegate. I like the strategic and administrative part of guild leading. I'm not a huge fan of hand holding in pve raids, although I do plenty of times, and I don't consider myself an A level pvp assist. I'd be a shit leader if I let my ego come before the guild and try to do something that someone is better at. In sol b, exed called the targets and was the MA and did an amazing job. Does that mean exed is the guild leader? No, it means he's a huge part of red dawn and helped the team. Leader this and leader that is meaningless, the guild is a team and anyone who can contribute is a "leader" in their own contribution.
