yeah my fault for thinking there were rules here, and that guildys would help eachother out/noobs (my druid was in full leather /greatstaff, yeah thats whos mob he stole, a cute little halfling in total noob gear) out and not KS their mobs and steal their loot that they have been camping for days.

anyways I deleted my 39 necro and 17 druid just to make sure I dont make the mistake of logging back on that abomination that the GMs dont even care about

Clearly the right thing to do is to kill YOU and then take the NPC.

like when i killed Gaffin while he played Vari, trying to get Susvain a AC ring... AFTER i killed him, I stole the AC. True Class. (and then mq'd the ring to someone who quit)

To kill the mob first outright, because you know the other player is LOW and OOR is a scumbag move, truly. I prefer to see the player die, and die first, turning Kill Stealing into Luck.
