Why wouldn't Hoshkar kill Nexona? Nexona is an SK so better melee tanking (if that's even how it works for dragons?) but Hoshkar is gonna be shaman buffed. Add on top of that his slow and Nexona has 1/4 the melee damage. I'm not sure exactly how Nexona AE works but let's say it's 1500 damage every 12 seconds - 500 DD + 2x ticks of 500 DoT; this is only marginally better than Hoshkars 1250 every 12 seconds and is easily outweighed by Hoshkar's slow.

Also, can Trak and VS lifetap the other mobs, or does their lifetap sucks like ours?

The big question is what spells will land on a raid mob, when cast by a raid mob...
And I'm assuming DT is always disabled...

Sakuragi and VS definitely got the shitty draws.
