Just add big shiny eyes, big boobs on the women, different colored hair, add wings or tails, random Japanese words in big lettering hanging all over the corners of the room, and swords with ninja masks. Its pretty easy once you get the checklist down, because you'll realize you won't have to draw out the extremely detailed mouth expressions most faerie ninjas have.
