Merge should have never happened. There was still so much bad blood between the two groups that never got dealt with, plenty of people from both sides that had no interest. The merge happened anyway and obviously failed because it ended up being a guild full of people who had no trust for each other.

Lite is just a bad guild leader. One of the qualities of being a leader is being selfless. Knowing who contributes, knowing your members, being civil, high playtime. Many qualities Lite doesn't have.
