Cannot get into Butcherblock since last patch

Have this happen as well, thought it was because I am on Satellite but it didnt always do this and it happens in most Kunark zones too. Has greatly limited my ability to play. I started using my 4g connection on my phone and that seemed to eliminate the problem but now for the last couple weeks I can no longer connect to the kunark server using my 4g connection! Always something it seems.
