I am gathering that Vox and Nagafen are currently still being raided, but they are kind of in a "first come, first serve" state?

Does TMO raid them regularly? Are there other guilds that are also raiding them regularly?

Naggy generally goes down within 30 minutes of spawning, and Vox is taken out within an hour unless it's 4:00 AM.

TMO generally has no problem allowing tag-alongs for these raids, and we do it with some regularity. Make friends with a few people in the guild and ask for a small heads-up if the dragons spawn while you're playing.

If you become good friends with a few members, you might find one or two willing to send you a text message when the dragon pops so that you can join the raid.
