I dont even know that chick but from what it looks like lypo would be a clear mistake. This must have been facilitated by our nation's failing public school's attempts at teaching comprehension level reading.

Either of those are solved with a "Sorry, I can't do that I'm not in charge of reimbursements or quests blah blah blah" or a /target player #summon and maybe a right click of your 100% gloves.
