I'm not 100% sure what you mean by endgame boss-level mobs. I see that I think 'raid level' force. I also thing things are very situational. In HS, a good Necromancer is generally better than an Enchanter. In OS, it's the opposite.

I think the strongest endgame duo is probably 60 Enchanter + 60 Shaman for overall capability, especially if the Shaman has a few puppet strings. I think for farming Shaman + Rogue is the most efficient.
