Nec / Rog or Dru / Rog is pretty nice. The druid combo is more mana efficient, but necro pets a good bit of dps. Nec / Mag / Rog is my favorite trio so far. 2 pet classes and 3 pets = win.

What pairs best with a Bard?

The problem with a Bard is they just can't heal enough to Duo with endgame boss-level mobs. And also there is VERY few really good Bards on here anymore. It is hard as hell to play one hour after hour twisting. And they don't really have the time to be social in a group with twisting so why be in one.

But below level 50 I would say Bard/Monk. Bind Wound and Mend is the only way they can survive. Sure aren't going to heal a Warrior.

I know dirty word but they really need to add Melody on P1999. There is just so few Bards in groups anymore it is scary.

It also depends greatly which expansion your referring to whether its kunark or velious. I think in velious im not really sure the best duo is Monk / Shaman
