They won't ever learn. The pop is just low enough to make them annoying enough to all the casuals so that the pop rarely increases.

I dont actually think that, I have had some good interactions with Azrael. But the small minority that dispells mobs while im exping as a low lvl solo cleric..Ill take option 3.

Azrael going to lose massive members because of the actions of Lite,Salem and Krazy.. Surprise? LOL. I feel for you Lite, I honestly do. I know you've been beat down and spat on so many times that you just don't want to do it anymore, but your actions (Or lack of them) being able to control your guild is going be the fall of Azrael, has been. If you think Red Dawn is going to lose members because of the few Azrael members that enjoy griefing, you're wrong. You're going to lose the ones that don't, you already are and you will continue to lose more.
