So since I'm limited to 4 effects at a time, Clarity isn't perfect. It's missing a second rising cone effect from the ground up. In order to put this in, I would have to remove one hand effect which would be obvious. :/ Any Enchanters have any opinion?

I went ahead and revamped the Life Tap spell. It's updated on the first post now. I also made a video to share the results with those not sure about trying these out. This one took me a while, I had to throw some things out and revamp other effects to make it classic. All effects now begin immediately during and after the cast. There were no delays in classic. Here's what I did:

For the caster: Level 1 has a smaller radius of small particles going outward. Level 24 has a wide radius of small-medium size particles. Level 39 has larger particles that move faster and outward from the caster. I used several sources to make sure this was classic, including videos.

For the target: Level 1 has small particles moving inward as well as the big center particle. Level 24 gets a stream of particles floating upward. These both last about 3-4 seconds while the medium waist particles at level 39 will last about twice as long as they did in classic.

They all use classic particles now which look sharper to me.

The Leach spell and other Necromancer spells currently just show a boring globe of blue for the entire effect. I should be able to recreate the rest of this effect which apparently was never recreated in the new particle system.

I need a Necromancer who played during classic to tell me if the raining blue particles only affected the target or if both the target and the caster were affected by the raining particles after the cast was finished. The EQC video looks like it's only affecting the target, but since he's casting on himself it is hard to tell.

awesome work, i don't seem to get the blue stream of particles shooting out of my hands after getting whatever level that starts at from casting a buff like in classic. just get them when the 2nd buff landing animation plays(green,orange,blue starburst effect ), anyway to fix that

Unfortunately I can't add two more particles streams to the hands because it won't go higher than four, I am looking for a way of adding some in with the orange or making some orange particles change colors but it won't look the same.

Yeah its a shame, That was one of the better buff effects I used to miss seeing. At first I was wondering why I didn't see the other particles thought I was going crazy til i looked at old screenshots and saw the difference. Either way though its good enough.
