Made viable raiding guild in five days. Shit ain't hard if you're willing to put the time into it. Lots of new faces on the box. Will some people jump ship to nilly? Sure. But I'll recruit more people and wish the old best of luck rather than take to the forums to cry about it. I'm more concerned about creating an environment people don't want to leave than worrying about who may leave.

What are the real pro's and con's with variance and static?
Currently we have the static system and atm that just becomes the zerg fest that we see every spawn day. So mass recruiting is the only way to even get close to having a shot at a mob? With a low pop server like this? I dont see the con in variance. A lot more zones to keep track off. Fighting off the enemy guilds tracker or group. Also gives the euros a shot at getting a mob every once in a while. I know you guys in the current power position are loving it but in the end it will kill the server. Just like before. If you care about the servers health and you value competition, i dont see why not? | ||
