Default Keeper of the Art newbie int caster armor quest
Is the Keeper of the Art armor quest given by Yuin Starchaser in South Felwithe working? I am a level 8 Mage and he won't respond to my hails, but I thought the armor was supposed to be for all INT casters. Anyone know anything about this quest?

Didn't exist during classic EQ. I don't think newbie armor quests were implemented until after Shadows of Luclin.
