Why are we welcoming EQMac players again?

EQMac welcomed a bunch of p99'ers then stabbed them in the back by exploiting to prevent their progression due to sheer jealousy that they were far more skilled than Temerity/Destiny combined...

They couldn't handle the fact that the p99'ers were about to progress beyond both their top guilds in less than 6 months for what took them YEARS to accomplish.

sad truth...

Those same two guilds are responsibile for the shutting down of their own server. If they left the new up and coming power to rise, they all would still have a server to enjoy.

It works on Eqmac and in Grimling Forrest there is a exploit where 72 mobs spawns on one spawn point a warrior shakers them all every 6 mins.

A "community" of people thinking they're special because they use overpriced hardware.

When I hear someone say they are playing a pc game on a mac, I just reply "cool". When the EQMac community hears you say you're playing on a pc, they ostracize you while flooding the CS department with petitions. Some seem to think the bulk of petitions are what lead to this shutdown.

Sometimes the squeaky wheel gets thrown in the trash. Can't think of a better place for said community.

I didn't get past level 8 on EQMac because I was considered a "toxic pc player" and didn't even wanna try to fight to get into parties and shit

lol ya a lot of people had some crazy superiority complex based on what company made their eqmachines. But it's just a mob mentality built up over years. You think you're immune to that stuff but without something to make you notice it while it seeps in that shit will take over
