And how can Azrael even be mentioned about soulfire faction etc.. Nihi gonna be sad pandas when they wake up this morning and see half of their PVP strat has poofed.

You realize that since Sept Azrael has gotten 42 soulfires to Nihilums 12 right?

Do you mean necro taps over time on players arent showing up on the target's buff bar? Or that lifetaps are still getting resisted against players?

(No changes to how lifetaps affect NPCs were made.)
