Initially I thought 10, but your right.
Yeah definitely late teens, well after first puberty... tbh, 22-26 probably the best years. So would want to spend the younger years preparing them. Who says we need 1? You can weed out the physically weak early on and save/train the best for later. | ||

I was just guesstimating physical primes on avg... i mean theres outliers people at 29, 38, 42, that make records. But on a whole those are really good ages IMO.
25 was when I was at the very top of my game. | ||
