He did an announcement 3-4 weeks ago saying anyone caught doing this would be in trouble after he fixed a few mobs that were missing.

Since that point I am not aware of any missing mobs.

You have to benefit from it for it to be an exploit, nothing to gain from giant skeleton!

I seem to recall that guilds are to be held responsible for the actions of their members when it comes to bugging out mobs (Walling Naggy and having a guild suspension).

Seems to me like the only play here is to issue a 1 week ban on all Nihilium characters.

Nihilium bugged and or parked mobs that everyone wants and needs where only they knew their location. They shared that info to a few people in their guild. Shits classic and so is a guild suspension.

I totally agree if a guild knowing exploits a raid mob they should all be held accountable.

Knowing is the key word here keep that in mind. Not everything is clear cut and GMs interpretations of the rules change. For example in FOH we use to use corners to block AEs from raid mobs. One GM says its fine and just a tactical advantage while another calls it exploiting.

It should work this way. If guild A is fighting a raid mob and a GM warns them not to do it that way anymore and then is caught doing it again they should be suspended. Also let me know if guild A uses a method that is publicly known as exploit and is caught they should be held accountable certainly.

It is really that simple.

How about knowingly exploits access to a raid mob. Same thing in my book. There was a warning issued for bugging out NPCs and it continued to happen.

I would think Pained Soul would count as access to raid content.

If they did suspend Nihi for a week that would be 80% of the level 60s gone from the server. It would send a sign but it sure would be a ghost town.

This is a pretty sick bug that is obviously going to be used by someone lots of people know about it.

As for Agatha, how can Azrael deal with this guy. Seems like a real cancer to the guild. Obviously dealing with both sides and needs to be cut off from one.
