There's actually been fun PVP last few days - I just don't want to talk about it too much or promote it too much, all the sleeper players will start logging on and it'll be 30 vs 15 again instead of like 15-20 vs 15.

nah been asking for teams since i first started here. i played on rallos until sz came up and never looked back. i just like teams, its a different kind of mentality. i think in ffa, a lot of people tend to only think about themselves. despite being guilded to various people, i still feel a lack of concern.

im not good with words but i really do feel like teams and ffa pvp are worlds apart. some people like ffa, some dont. it is what it is. im just happy i get to play classic the way i want to play it.

Sam, I dig what you are saying. I played on VZ, but non-hard coded teams resulted in nothing more than a FFA server where you couldn't attack certain players, with little or no team loyalty. In hind sight, maybe I should have played on RZ or switched to SZ when it went live. Oh well, I met some great players on VZ and don't regret my time spent there.

As for your guild situation, I am truly sorry you haven't been in a tight knit guild, and I sincerely mean that. I have been in a couple really amazing guilds over the years, and it makes a huge difference in your MMO gaming experience. Hence why I take my dear sweet time in deciding what guild to join; I want to know the players and the level of comradery before I app. I just wish there were more guild options on R99, and I fear that on Teams99 the options will be even more limited, forcing you to hang out with d-bags.

I'm with you Sam. For the most part when you are leveling up here or another FFA there isn't as much PvP as people make it out to be. When there are teams it is pretty much guaranteed everyone on other teams will attack you or give out your location to their higher level players on their team to kill you.

On FFA the people that play consistently, many hours a day, role around in a crew for safety, have enemies, etc. Maybe they don't understand what its like for the normal player. On teams it unites all types of players, casuals, hardcore, etc.
