theres level restrictions, so a 60 cannot just go and steamroll a lvl 5.

also, you dont have to run to the bank every 15 mins, usually you're going to have a ton of warning before someone pks you, just make sure you check /who and communicate.

Yes! It'll still happen. But people wont be as inclined to "buy them". Because they'll generally have to do work for them.
