I can do them, just pretty awkward if your over 5"5 in height

looks legit, all these take is large upper body.

they are pretty easy if you ever practice on a mat during crossfit workouts

sorry handstand pushups arent easy even after doing alot of upper body its not easy at all

/shrug I only dabble in crossfit from time to time (few times a month) and I never found them that difficult

A bit awkward at first for sure, just put your legs against a wall to help with balance until you are used to it.

But the actual movement isn't very advanced for anyone with even a semblance of upper body strength.

1 handed pushups are np you aint gotta be buff for that


diamond pushups are ez. space ur arms out about 3 feet those are real pushups dawg


i cant even stand on my hands i fall over

yeah I only do it a few times a month because the few people I know who do it sem-daily have all gotten injured at one point or another

who woulda thought doing olympic style lifts for time with shit form could be dangerous?
