I liked going to the White House on the fourth of July. There has been a mini hemp fest there for decades. Nothing like doing a binger right in front of "the mans" house.

I was there at Hempfest 2013. Bass Drop stage was sick, had some good trap music there.

Sounds like the cops there are actually reasonable about drugs (or pot at least). Let's hope the potheads there are mature with their use and make a fine example for the rest of the nation to follow. Many people still have a negative mindset towards weed because of decades of the immoral drug war. Even those that voted for legalization may be tempted to re-criminalize if they perceive the effects of legalization are negative.

Depends on where in public. At an event called Hempfest, I don't think anyone will complain... Just don't be taking hits off a 5 foot bong in front of the maternity ward of your local hospital.
