I just did today because i was about to give the 12k to alphaa, but server crashed. I will of course do it when he pop up. I wanted to be clear with Aalpha before write this.

It took time, i saved all i could, bought nothing, i just kept what i won and could use meanwhile.

I just wanted people know facts, and as i said, made their own opinion. Of course i know i'll get hate here, but i also know it's from stupid people so i dont care.

I have no personal/individual issue with you- yet you said that all officers of BDA are hypocrites. I don't find hypocrisy in our actions- in our opinion you were in the wrong for not returning the item when you knew who the rightful owner is...it's not like you wandered upon a bag in the middle of freaking West Karana with nobody else in zone.

If you are posting to make sure that everyone knows you:
a) Looted a dropped item
b) Kept said item because you think the owner's "rich enough"
c) Sold said item without discussing it's origin
d) Then bragged in /gu about being a thief
e) Then were guild removed because of it, and
f) After conversation with an officer of our guild, opted to contact Aalpha to arrange repayment

I made the deal with Aalpha BEFORE having any officer contact.

sounds an aweful lot like: I fuck people over and waste hours of their time, then expect them to look at me with respect afterwards.

They are greedy scum who attack any guild who wishes to compete against them, I see no reason anyone should respect a guild like that.

That you would deny justice to an individual simply because you don't like them speaks volumes about your personal character.

Justice? Imo justice = someone picking the item up before aalpha.

Justice would be TMO members being held accountable for their abuse towards the server.

Our definitions of justice are quite different it seems, though. I like to see greedy cunts suffer, and you don't.

Besides, implying that justice = aalpha having his item returned means that there was some crime committed on the part of the person who picked it up. There was no crime, Aalpha made a mistake by dropping his tranix crown and an opportunistic player happened to notice and pick it up. This is not against the rules, and never was on live.

I'll let you check the elements of larceny, but yes it is easily within that scope. Aalpha misplaced something and Maghda clearly knew it was Aalpha's, he trespassed against the owner with intent to permanently deprive, and he asported the property intending to deprive him.

Perhaps this would be seem less "stupid" if you understood it.
