Dont want to commit sociology here, but my guess is if america didnt have such a greedy inhuman health care system, that guy might still be alive?

I dont have all the facts but ive seen some american medical bills for trivial stuff that i couldve bought a house with.

Wouldnt surprise me that some people hold off going to hospital just cuz of the bills.

My dad died a year and a half ago, i dont wish ill on anyone, maybe just Bush and Obama and these types of creeps, so condoleances to people who knew him, looked like he was a good chap.
