Kanras: The only way to prevent the transfer of direct hate to another nearby NPC is to be sneaking in the proper area of that NPC's visibility. Invis/IVU/Hide etc. no longer have any impact on whether direct aggro will be transferred.

We get it back, but it was supposed to be a 3 month time period where we didnt have it. Also, Velious drops around the same time as the nerf. But...

you can still cast your level 1-50 buffs on newbies... the limit is on the level of the spell, not the level of the caster.

Kanras: Bearskin Potion Bag has had its capacity reduced to SMALL and its weight reduction removed.

I have items in my potion bag that are not small, will I be able to get them out?

This was 80 in classic.

Bards might ve been 50 not sure about that though.

Thanks for such a quick response to that throwing hack and those other exploits. Should help legit players.
