idk it's a tough call, really is sad that there is always some fags who just cannot play the game the way it is suppose to be played and ruin it for everyone

Bazia first of all there is no way to 'ban' all Proxy/VPN 'countries'. a VPN or proxy can be ran off a normal household connection and you wouldn't be able to tell by IP address alone. Secondly, almost every one of those free proxy programs do not work with the majority of games. Most of them only are fit for a simple web browser other easy direct connections. The reason why you failed to login saying IP in use is most likely because you were already on, And the program you ran for the proxy did not support whatever protocol most games use and it would still try to login under your true IP.
