Default Meditate bug...
I am playing a 44 wizard at the moment and when I was 43 and would meditate, my mana would go up 19 and then back one during a tick. Now, at 44, it goes up 19 and back 2 each tick.

the numbers on your client update faster in the ui then they do on the server, the up/down that happens is them getting back in sync.
