Miscellaneous: Basher Trak faster than jboots?

Why is it that Basher Trak in Innothule runs faster than jboots?

I couldn't outrun him even through water I was levitating over which he had to swim through.

He's a warrior troll guard and there wasn't anything around that I could see to SoW him.

wre you injured? npcs dont swim they run in water.

He is asking if you were in an injured state while attempting to flee, as it would reduce your runspeed, not "were you injured by Trak as a result of this problem?"

I had full health and all of my buffs were up. I was staring at my jboots buff icon wondering why I wasn't going fast enough.

This appears fixed on the test server. Any issues more after a patch, let me know. Moving to resolved.
