Default Changing the Resolution?

My desktop crapped out on me so I just installed P99 on my laptop. Problem is, my laptop's resolution is only 1280x800, and when I run EQ using WinEQ2 the window is big enough that it's cut off at the bottom. It's also windowed. I think that if I either got it to go fullscreen (i.e. completely overlap my taskbar and so on) or if I could turn down the resolution it ran at, I could get everything to display, but I can't seem to do either thing; when I go into the options menu in EQ the different resolution settings don't do anything. Is there some other place I can change the resolution?

for anybody ever wondering, i had to search for the EQCLIENT.INI lol
i say search because i thought it was lost.
Computer/(C: )/Users/-username-/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files (x86)/Sony/Everquest
Edit - " Eqclient.ini "
underneath should be
[VideoMode]
Width=xxxx
Height=xxx
WidthWindowed=xxxx
HeightWindowed=xxx
WindowedWidth=xxxx
WindowedHeight=xxx

just edit X to desired resolutions, Just make sure it is supported by your monitor ;p
also for anybody searching, the folder "AppData" by default is hidden.

Once you change options to display hidden file in Win File Explorer, you can edit the file using Notepad.

Here are 2 ways to display hidden files in Windows 10:
File Explorer > Change folder and search options > View > Show hidden files, folders and drives
Control panel > File Explorer Options > View > Show hidden files, folders and drives

The eqclient.ini file is now (2019) in your EQ folder. I set the options for the 4 "Windowed" options to 2500, 1040 for my 2560, 1080 monitor.
