Necromancer NPC's casting Torbas' Acid Blast

Been fighting necromancer mobs, around level 30+, and most of them are casting Torbas' Acid Blast, level 32 necromancer spell which came out in Velious. Anyone else seeing this? Noticed in a recent patch shaman mobs were casting Velious spells as well and were fixed.
