Game Mechanics: Crushbone orcs amongst Deathfists

I think I sees a pattern as to what might be causing this phenomenon!
Ruins immersion, lore-wise Crushbone orcs are at war with the Deathfists. ;o

(Is not highpass -exclusive, seen this happening at sro toos.)

I thought the orcs in Highpass were Shralok (and not Deathfist)? Anyway, the "black" orcs do spawn, albeit rarely, in Highpass.
