Research

This can't be right:

Hit level 16.
Train research (16); can not train further. [Skill is 16.]
Perform first combine; fail; get better (5). [Skill is now 5.]
Attempt to train again; can not train further.

Someone tell me this is or is not working as intended because this seems fucked up to me.

Yeah, the code for capping tradeskills at their level-based max shouldn't have been there. Fixed, pending update.
