Default Spell effect progression issue

Currently any spell effect from any spell I cast looks like the level 24 spell effect no matter what level character casts it. I would like the standard level 1, level 24 and then 39 spell effect progression. Any ideas?

I am running titanium

sadly, this doesn't work here, and never will. Instead, you could check out EQmac server Al'kabor for real spell progression effects.. and more.

Spell progression does work here, it's just not as classic does. Everyone starts out casting a mix of 1 and 24, then at 50 graduates the the final level, but even then there are some things off about it.

For example casting your standard abjure hp/shielding/skin spell below 50 shows the green and orange particles out of your hands, but only green particles surround your character when it lands. The casting is lvl 24 animation, the landing is lvl 1. When you hit 50, same casting animation (aka no blue particles coming out of your hands on cast like it should), but you get added blue particles surrounding your char when the cast finishes, but still no orange. So mix of first and final tiers, but missing mid.

Many spells aren't quite right like this, but things DO upgrade on level.
