Trying to complete Shaman Skull Quest #2

Hi all,

I'm trying to do the Shaman Skull Quest #2 http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=207 as an iksar shaman, trying to get the jawless skull from the rogue shaman that spawns in warslik woods. A friend and I been at the ruins closest to Field of Bone for the entire level of 12, just dinged 13, killing the 3 iksar that spawn there and haven't had the rogue shaman pop yet.

Just wondering if anyone else has done this quest, if the rogue shaman is spawning, and if so, is he just that rare? Am i at the wrong spot? Here's where we have been fighting (at the ruins marked "4"): [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]


Thanks in advance for any insight on the matter. This quest is taking so long that I'm starting to wonder if it's not working.
